Kooima Ag's patented sectional knife design gives you the option to replace just one or both knife sections. Typically, most of all mixer knife wear is on the outer half of the knife. The cost of savings of replacing just one knife section allows you to change more often without adding cost as compared to a traditional blade. New, sharp knives save time and fuel costs.

The KSUPKIT mixer wagon knife fits a variety of Supreme™, Arts Way™, Diamond™, Haybuster®, Penta™, and Valmetal®. These are installed using factory settings, no special tools are required. This knife is used for cutting and mixing livestock rations. Visually inspect to determine wear, an increased mixing time is a good indicator.

Kooima Ag is one of the very few companies which continuously tests and looks for ways to improve wear and edge retention on our knives. Being the manufacturer and producing these in our Iowa plant allows us to implement changes and run tests without any delays. Also, having a high density of dairies and feedlots close to our plant allows for year-round testing in a variety of rations.
