Schermesser-Kit (passend für John Deere® 3960, 3970, 3975 & 5000 Serie)

The K44466 Shear bar Kit is engineered to seamlessly fit John Deere® 3960, 3970, 3975, 5200, 5400, 5440, 5460, 5720, 5730, 5820, and 5830 series harvesters. On the 5000 series it is made to fit on harvesters with factory Dura-Drum cutterheads. This product works with the cutter drum knives to cut/shear the material being harvested. The shearbar is also reversable giving the bar a double lifetime. 

When installing this product adhere to factory specifications to guarantee seamless integration. Remember, when installing, you want to make sure the distinguished grey side of the wear strip is always touching the shear bar.

This Shear Bar Kit includes wear strip and bearings:

• Long wear strip: K72012
• Short wear strips: K72350

The Shear bar Kit is crafted with welded tungsten carbide coating, this coating is proven to provide a long-lasting wear life and stands up to obstructions very well. You will know the product needs to be replaced when you can visually inspect for wear, or a ragged cut is also a good indicator.
