This is the Control Box and cables that are required for running any of our Collab® Light Kits. This control box will mount inside your forage harvester cab.

Turn a Rookie Driver into a Professional Driver with Kooima Ag's new Collab® Light System!
The Collab® lights are on the Cutter spout, fender, and header. They automatically change colors based on where the spout is positioned. The Cutter driver doesn't have to do anything extra! When the spout is back, the lights turn green, signaling the truck driver to speed up. When the spout is ahead, the lights turn red signaling the truck driver to slow down.

This Collab® Light System will fit Claas® 494 series and newer machines. Your machine needs the spout position sensor plastic sprocket in order for Collab® to work, it is located on the cab side of the spout ring gear. (See picture in gallery)

Less Stressful
We chop into a mix of 22' straight trucks and 36' semis and it works for both setups. We use the fender light when we are chopping grass. Since we put the system on it chopping has become less stressful and way less confusion from the truck drivers. Programing was easy and you can change it on the fly. I want one on my other chopper now too.
Very Pleased
We were hesitant when we first bought it but it has really helped a lot of drivers be in the correct spot who struggled last year. I am very pleased with the system. Install was easy. Easy to change programming if necessary. I recommend to others.

Very easy to install and calibrate to each operators liking. Truck drivers pick up on it very fast and makes them more confident in what they are doing.
Glad You Came UP With This
I am spending way less time on the radio aligning trucks and tractors. Especially new drivers catch on right away and get into place better. Pretty fast install. Used in hay and corn season. I am very glad you guys came up with a system like this. It works really good.
Way Less Stress!
Way less time on CB radio telling truck drivers to be in a different spot.
Drivers were nervous before, now drivers know they are in the correct time.
New drivers didn't need to ask extra questions, just followed the lights and knew they were in the correct spots.
Chopper driver doesn't need to look out the back window and I didn't have a sore neck at the end of the day. Much less stress during chopping season!
