• Free Shipping on retail Internet orders (Continental U.S. Only) (excluding silage covers and compost turners) Some exclusions may apply.
• For orders going to Canada: Kooima Ag® will pay shipping charges only on retail orders totaling $2,500 U.S. dollars or more (not including other fees, taxes, duties, etc.) Some exclusions may apply.
• Freight policy for silage covers: Free shipping on Silage Covers if combined with $950.00 (U.S. retail) / $2,500.00 (Canada) in Kooima Ag® parts on phone and internet orders.
• Shipping to Canada: Duties, taxes, and broker fees apply (no COD).
• Express orders do not qualify for free shipping.
• Dealers & Distributors do not qualify for free shipping.
• International & orders shipping into Mexico do not qualify for free shipping.

Return new or unused products to Kooima Ag® within one year of delivery. Damaged or defective products must be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange; please keep all packing materials for inspection. Before returning parts, you must contact our sales department to acquire a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and shipping instructions. The RGA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package, with a Kooima Ag® packing list or invoice included. Return parts will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Proper credit (for the cost of product only) will be issued to the original form of payment after the product has been received, or an exchange will be sent promptly if requested. Returns must be purchased from Kooima Ag® and in marketable condition (excluding warranty returns). Unfortunately we cannot except packages sent freight collect or COD.
