Header Adapter to fit JD® (6000, 7200-7580 series)

Header Adapter K00019 engineered for grinding earlage was designed to fit all John Deere® 6000 series and 7200-7580 series harvesters. An advantage to this adapter is the additional corn saver roller and the simple oil bath gearbox.

You can use this adapter with John Deere® 40 and 90 series corn heads, but the John Deere® 600 series corn heads will not fit this adapter. This adapter also fits Harvestec™ and Cressoni™ corn heads with JD® hook ups. With the KFX38 Conversion Kit this adapter will fit New Holland® FX 25, 35, 38, 45 & 48 series harvesters.

WARNING:  Grinding earlage with the use of corn heads and choppers can cause a risk of fire.  The risk of fire does not emanate from the adapter products described here, but can be caused by the heat generated by the choppers.  To reduce the risk of fire, please keep the chopper clear of dust.
