18.5" Universal V-Flex Knife for CLAAS 507 Forage Harvester

The 18.5-inch Universal V-Flex knife is installed on the cutting cylinder using three K30053551 clamps and three K30444110 clamps. It features a thicker cutting edge than standard corn or maize knives, helping reduce damage when rocks or foreign material are picked up during operation.

This knife is designed for cutting forage from pickup work, direct cut head work, or forage head applications. Built for durability and consistent performance, it supports reliable cutting across a range of harvesting conditions.

This product is sold as a box of knives, with two knives included per box.

For best results, it is recommended to use new bolts with every knife change. Clamps should be replaced with every knife change or at a minimum every other knife change.

Replace the knife when the tungsten carbide is nearly exhausted, fully exhausted, or when it is out of shearbar adjustment range.
