Low Arch Upper Spout Side Liner

Where this product goes:
This wear plate bolts to the inside of a low arch spout on a John Deere® Self-Propelled Forage Harvester (SPFH).

What is this product used for?
It protects the spout frame from wear and helps guide the forage out of the spout and into trucks or wagons. Low arch spouts are typically used when pulling silage wagons behind silage choppers.

How do you install this product?
Slide the wear plates in from the end of the spout and flip them into place, aligning the welded studs with the holes in the spout. Secure each liner using four lock washers and nuts. Two wear plates are required per spout, one on each side.

When do you know you need to replace this product?
Replace when holes are present in the liner or if it becomes bent, interrupting crop flow.
