Kernel Processor Roll for CLAAS® 502 Multi Crop Cracker

The Kernel Processor Roll for the MCC Multi Crop Cracker is engineered for superior forage processing, helping cows digest feed more efficiently by breaking forage into smaller, more manageable pieces. Its square grooves unwrap cellulose and shred stalks, delivering a more precise processing job than standard rolls. Proper groove design ensures the feed is cracked, not smashed, for optimal digestion.

This roll features chromed plating for durability, Chevron Series Fiber Tech for extreme processing performance, and heat treatment for added strength, making it ideal for heavy-duty use. Bearing housings include two grease lines and a greaseable aluminum sealing ring for updated MCC processors. Bearings are included and pre-installed for convenience.

For best performance, maintain outside roll edges under 1 mm. Flattened teeth reduce cracking effectiveness, so replacement is needed if edges cannot be properly adjusted. Bearings should be replaced yearly to keep the processor running smoothly.
