These guide plates are mounted inside the kernel processor (KP) frame to help direct forage into the center of the processor rolls. Proper alignment ensures consistent crop flow and efficient kernel processing.

Installation

• Bolted directly to the inside of the KP frame
• Designed for easy replacement

When to Replace

• Replace when the leading edges become worn from prolonged material contact
• Worn plates can reduce processing efficiency and cause uneven wear on rolls
