Saw Tooth Kernel Processor Roll (96 Tooth)

The K0783751HDR kernel processor roll is a 96-tooth 491 HD rear processor roll. This roll features a new aggressive saw tooth design that delivers unsurpassed performance & extended roll life in longer-length crop conditions. It has a heavy-duty 1-piece shaft included and installed on the roll.

Both front and rear rolls are available for this model. This processor roll is heat-treated. When ordering processor rolls for the 491 series choppers, measure the pulley width on the rear roll. If the pulley width is 3" wide, it is a standard 491 series. If the pulley width is 4 1/4" wide, it is an updated heavy-duty shaft.
