Chopper and Payloader Machine Quick Hitch

Kooima Ag thought of a new process to remove round bales from fields using this quick hitch.

We are excited about this new product we are offering! When you have a lot of bales to move out of the field in the fall after harvest, you typically do not have a lot of time or manpower. With this new hitch system we have, you can eliminate having a payloader in the field and back at the farm as well as the tractor pulling the bale wagons. This hitch system allows for one person and one payloader to do all the work! Pull your bale wagon out to the field with the payloader and quickly unhook, load up the bales with the loader and then quick attach the payloader to the wagon and head back to the farm to unload the bales with that same payloader! Even better yet, you don't have to leave your cab to hook and unhook the hitch! Think of the time you will be saving your operation each year and the relief of not finding another person to help load!

4" center to center on the attachment holes. 

This is the quick hitch portion to bolt on to the payloader hitch. Installation of this is just a matter of mounting this piece on top of the payloader hitch. This hitch features a 1.125" bolt size. 

• Use these kits to improve install of the quick hitch onto your forage harvester:
  • K51024- use with John Deere® 3000 series to adjust the angle of the hitch to pull better on the chopper. Also has supports to weld onto the bottom of the hitch to support it with the weight.
  • K51023- use with John Deere® 5000 series to adjust the height of the hitch to pull the wagon better. 

  • K51025- use with New Holland® pull type choppers to adjust the angle of the hitch to pull better with the tractor. Also has supports to weld onto the bottom of the hitch to support it with the weight.
