4 Groove KP Belt, 113", 40% Speed Differential

Replacement drive belt for a Kernel Star® kernel processor. This belt is 113 inches long and has 4 ribs. It is used with 40% differential pulleys. The belt transfers mechanical power from the engine to the kernel processor. If the belt is too loose, it can have a negative effect on the kernel processor's performance.

Replace a belt when it has physical damage such as cracks, frayed edges, or tears. Another good sign is if the surface appears glazed. This could be from excessive heat and friction. Belts also stretch over time, causing them to lose tension and start slipping.
