Replacement main drive belt for John Deere® forage harvesters. This main drive belt is 372" long and has 6 ribs

Used with cutterheads running 1110 RPM speed

The main drive belt is used to transmit power from the engine to the primary functions of a forage harvester including the cutter head, feedrolls, Kernel processor, and blower. It is critically important to cut and move forage throughout the forage harvester. 

A worn or slipping belt could lead to loss of power for these systems and reduce the effectiveness of the forage harvester. 

Replace a belt when it has physical damage such as cracks, frayed edges or tears. Another good sign is if the surface appears glazed. this could be from excessive heat and friction. Belts also stretch over time which causes them to lose tension and start slipping.
