We recently welded a brace for a customer. Phil explained why the customer chose to come to us and utilize our laser welding rather than going a traditional route.

This brace had previously been mig welded, and the customer did not like the time it took to mig weld the small part. He also disliked the amount of splatter that came with the mig welding.

By approaching this small part with the laser welder, we are able to laser through the top of the part and into the block. This makes it very secure. We were also able to weld faster by using the lasers.
