Seasonal Help at Kooima Ag

Seasonal Help

We have a great team of seasonal help at Kooima Ag, mainly these guys work out in the shop or in shipping. We currently have 3 seasonal help members: Luke, Ian, and Cody. We appreciate all their help through the summer months and time away from school.

Luke

Luke started at Kooima Ag in December 2017 and has been seasonal help for the past 3 ½ years. He was hired to work in production and knife cell. Working in production and knife cell, Luke runs machines during the day shift.

Luke enjoys the flexible hours, good wage, and the nice environment along with his co-workers at Kooima Ag. He is currently attending Dordt University for High School Education and History. Luke enjoys fishing, reading, and playing bass. Thanks, Luke, for all your hard work!

Ian

Ian started in the spring of 2018 and has been with Kooima Ag as seasonal help since. Ian does a variety of jobs around the shop. He has worked in assembly putting spouts together and helps in shipping when needed. For the most part, Ian works in knife cell heat treating, hot forming, and spraying various types of knives.

He appreciates how accommodating Kooima Ag is with different school schedules and how they listen to his ideas for change. Ian is currently attending the University of Iowa for a double major in Sports Business and Spanish. He enjoys baking, cooking, statistical analysis, and biking. Thanks, Ian, for all your hard work!

Cody

Cody started helping at Kooima Ag last summer. He was hired as seasonal help to help pack and ship parts. Working in shipping, he works alongside his dad, Randy. What Cody enjoys most about his job is that he gets the chance to do meaningful work and he is able to help pay for college.

Cody is currently attending Northwestern College for a major in Accounting. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing video games with friends. Thanks, Cody, for all your hard work!
